David Ratcliff

David Ratcliff, the production superintendent, has been working for Columbia Commercial Building Products for 17 years as of Friday, November 19th. He oversees the production of windows and doors. He is a former member of the US Navy where he was an aviation support technician third class petty officer, he transitioned from that into airplane mechanics and while doing that, he got an offer from Columbia and took it. He likes making sure the job is done right, it gives him a satisfaction. Right now he is working on an order for 3500 impact windows, and HC2000 test windows.

Steve Burns

Roughly once a week we would like to have a short summary of an employee so you can get to know our company better.To start it off we chose Steve Burns, Plant manager.He’s been with Columbia for 20 years having started out in the cast house in charge of extrusion billet casting. He also was Plant Manager for CAPCO, a Columbia owned aluminum recycling operation prior to joining CCBP in 1998. Before Columbia he worked for Alumax as a Packing Department Manager and trailer fabricator. His favorite part of being the p

rs, and projected, hung, sliding and fixed windows. He oversees the production, packing, fabrication, shipping, inventory control and purchasing department and has responsiblities in engineering and product development as well.
